3. Ab ek kadhai main oil garam karke us main pakodi bana lain tatha ek bartan main paani lekar usmain thoda namak mila lain aur pakodi utarte hee is paani main dubote jaaye.
4. jab pakodi soft ho jaayain tab chhane hue dahi main thoda sa namak daal kar paani main daali hui pakodiyon ko halke haath se sara pani nichod kar dahi main daal kar rakh dain.
5. aadhe ghante baad bhuna hua pisa zeera ,laal mirch aur meethi chatni daal kar serve karain

Sprouts mein namak daal kar usko dheemi aanch par gala lain. Phir thanda hone ke baad ismain kata hua kheera,capsicum,hari mirch, tamatar aur neebu daal kar naashte ka maza lain.

Atta halwa

1 cup coarsely grounded whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 cup pure ghee
1 cupsugar
3 1/2 cupswater

Method

1.Heat ghee in a kadai and add the flour. roast, stirring continuously for eight to ten minutes or till it turns red.
2.Add water, stir and cook for five minutes or till it is a little thick. add more water if required.
3.Add sugar and mix. cook for five more minutes or till it leaves the sides of the pan.
4.Serve hot.

After doing quite some research online today, I’ve settled on myows.com to get certification for original content (poetry, articles etc.). In addition I will follow some tips from the following articles:

I hope this info is useful for Pi and Kitts in protecting their short stories and photography respectively. GG, have you been writing any poetry that you’d like to publish online? I’m going to create a section for that on this blog. I’ve finally decided to come out of my shell and publish some.

Alaska Trip – Denali National Park, Seward

July 1, 2009 – July 7, 2009

Landed in Anchorage on July 1, ~11:35pm. We booked our tickets using Northwest miles and got first class on the forward journey. The first class lounge experience was ordinary; they didn’t have a vegetarian meal for us (the ticket said
“NONE” for meal service or we’d have specified our choice in advance). We just had salad, drank a lot a lot of diet cola and ate some chips. It was good to get their DigEPlayer though I have to say the screen is pretty small and unclear. We both watched “Quantum of Solace” on our individual DigEs. It’s not better than a laptop but the advantage was not having to worry about battery power or carrying DVDs. I also watched an episode of Bones once that was through. R watched best of 2008 Ads or something. I sat in the aisle seat because of my current claustrophobia issues. R enjoyed the window seat…great views of Portland and then Alaska itself. The other advantage was that it never got dark since we were traveling north at this time of year.
